“Hopefully my first of 18 entries. I’m going for 12 metrics and 6, 100 milers.

Had some nice upper 40 degree weather, here in Ames, Iowa. Conditions were perfect in most areas, but sloppy in others. I under estimated the difficulty of the conditions, so my ride took longer than I thought it would. Temperatures dropped fast, as the sun approached the horizon. By the time I got home, I was shivering uncontrollably, until I finally got warmed up, about two hours later. Still worth it, to get some real, winter miles in outdoors.”
