​”Back in February the first dose of gravel was poured into my cup complements of the KatyTrail. This past weekend I thought it fitting to top it off with a return trip and another metric.  Considering how beautiful a day it was, there was  surprisingly a lack of activity. Other than a few snake and turtle crossings I pretty much had the trail to myself.  The leaves were beginning to fall, so there was the illusion of sweet double track throughout the ride.  At  Greens bottom there was some road construction so a slight detour was in order and a new piece of art work showed up in Augusta which made the ride all the more fun.”
